This Privacy Policy explains how WriteNow AI (“We”) collect, use, share, and protect the personal data you (“Users”) provide to us when using our services. Data Collection
When you sign up for our services, we collect and store your personal data, including your name, email address, age, occupation, interests, payment and credit card information, as well as the data that you voluntarily enter into WriteNow AI, such as descriptions of your business. In addition, when you visit our websites or access our services, we may collect related standard browsing data such as device type, time of login, computer IP address, and browser type.
Use of the Data
We use the data we collect from you for the following purposes:
• To provide our services, such as content generation tools, to you;
• To help you find relevant content;
• To allow core functioning of the application; and
• To create a more personalized experience for you.
Sharing of Data
WriteNow AI does not share any personal data without your consent. If you provide us with your contact information such as name, email address, and occupation, we may use SendGrid (https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy) as a third-party service to communicate with you. We will also share general browsing data with Google Analytics (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245). When you make a payment, WriteNow AI will use Stripe (https://stripe.com/au/privacy) as its payment processor and Stripe will collect and store credit card information. No Payment Information is ever stored by WriteNow AI. Any data that you submit in order to generate content on WriteNow AI is processed securely via technology provided by OpenAI (https://openai.com/privacy/).
Data Security
We take measures to protect the data we have collected from you, and have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal data. All data transfer is secured with the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Access to data is securely stored on Amazon Web Service Servers in the United States, and no one but a select number of administrators of WriteNow AI can access any backend data.
WriteNow AI for Microsoft Outlook
Our Microsoft Outlook Add-in, “WriteNow AI for Microsoft Outlook,” collects data and email content (including data already present in the body, subject, to and from fields) for the sole purpose of automatically generating AI-powered responses. Data is only collected once a user opens the WriteNow AI for Microsoft Outlook add-in in an email composition (including email reply) window. We work with OpenAI to provide this service, and the data collected is also used to provide personalized recommendations to users about content they may be interested in. We assure you that all emails are deleted within 31 days of being uploaded, and all data is stored securely on AWS web servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of any changes. If you continue to use our services after receiving the notification, you are agreeing to the updated Privacy Policy.
